I was surprised by the bad reviews and the low rating, as this is the best Chinese takeaway I found in the UK so far. I am a regular customer, and each time I tried a different takeaway (I love trying new places), I always regretted as none have reached the Fortune Cat's quality. The food is insanely delicious, full of flavour, well presented and good portions. I have tried half of the menu, and nothing disappointed me: truly tasty food, including the vegetarian options. I have introduced several friends to the Fortune Cat, and they all agreed on the food quality and great taste. The delivery service is great, they always in time, and when I needed to amend some of the items due to food requirement, the staff has always been flexible and understanding. I highly recommend this place.

Very shocked to see the low reviews this place gets, these are some of the tastiest ribs I've ever had and I been buying from them for about a year now. Moving outta London soon and this is by far one of the biggest place I'm going to miss.

Food was late and cold. The box for the curry had flaps that didn't shut properly so the pot with the soup was partly submerged in it. (I'll try to attach a picture).
The meat in all the dishes tasted like they were boiled together. I tried to eat as much as I could since I don't like wasting food but threw alot of it away.

Food arrived inside the timeframe given on Deliveroo when ordering. We were told 25-50min and it arrived in 35min, though we do live fairly close.
I like my food piping hot so Har Gow needed a 20sec microwave, dough was slightly thicker than my preference but was glad vinegar came along with it.
The Szechuan chilli sauce with pepper tofu was perfect eating temperature and so tasty. Slightly spicier than the similar dish on offer at Biang Biang in Aldgate (somewhere I eat more often) which was very welcome. The box meal version is easily two portions for a small eater.
We love spicy food and eat mostly vegetarian, so can recommend those sorts of dishes here. Overall a tasty and enjoyable Boxing Day meal!

Ordered despite mixed reviews and it was a good choice.
Order placed at 12.30pm and arrived at 13.15 - considering preparation and delivery/driving time that's pretty quick in my opinion.
Unless anyone wants a microwave cooked meal.
Had thai sweet chili.
Very good lunch portion, specially considering and the price. Also very tasty.

My order arrive 55min late.
I was waiting outside so i see delivery guy came by walk so the food arrived completely cold.
I order chicken and arrive pork and the crispy lamb taste awful.
Try to call the restaurant multiple times and no one answers.
I just give money for something i have to throw away....
