We had dinner here and the food it was outstanding especially the hake. Staff are friendly and attentive. All their fish on sustainable and is whole history where it came from and how it was caught. Staff are friendly and attentive. August 22 As we have enjoyed our first visit there we have decided to try their fish and chips which we had as à take away and we weren't disappointed. The batter was crispy and the fish it was so tasty and fresh thatwith every mouthful we wanted more. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. We are definitely returning for more soon. September 2022 The place has closed down.

Awesome meal here. A group of us had the tasting menu which featured some seriously impressive cooking. Torbay prawns were incredible!

I’ve been here multiple times and I think Off the Hook is the best fish and chips place in central London. Really fresh fish, deliciously cooked chips and a creative, original menu of seafood and sauces. Really recommend here. The fish can look a bit small in the photos but that’s because the batter quality is so fine, and the fish so juicy. Fish batter is gluten free and all fish are caught sustainably by their loving fishermen. You’ll definitely be full after a serving!

A bunch of us had the chef's menu and it was incredible! The Torbay prawns were cooked to perfection, melt in the mouth, shell and all. The seafood dishes; scallops, mussels, mackerel, were excellently presented and seasoned in vibrant dishes. Even the local bread and butter smashed it. Tried some great wines too, which the staff took time to go through, including a few british ones. Reasonably priced for such exceptional quality seafood. Some of the best quality seafood I've ever had, especially in london. Talented, inventive chef. Will defo go back

So so good. A friend said I’d love it…and he wasn’t wrong. Delicious fresh ingredients executed with passion. After getting excited by the menu, we decided to treat ourselves with the chef tasting menu. Every mouthful was a delight. We had potted prawns, monkfish, muscle fritters, bream, mackerel pate and more. Nice relaxing vibe in the restaurant. Friendly staff, good music and drinks. I want to go back. It’s not local for me, but I liked it…on a landscaped pedestrian square near the docks. Already planning a family outing and to off the hook for fish and chips.

I've been 3 or 4 times now. First time was just after they opened and you could tell they were still working some things out. Every subsequent visit has been great. They listen to feedback and are really working hard to improve. I can't wait to explore more of the menu (like the herring kiev!). A word of warning - it's not really like a regular fish and chip shop where you can be in and out in a few minutes. The wait times can be a fair bit longer (probably because they have to field requests from delivery companies too). But good things come to those who wait. Try it!

Highlighted by Resy as one of the most exciting new openings, OTH is a great destination for fish lovers. Using a fried bun and jerk sauce in the burger is pure genius. Food may require some time as it's prepared from scratch, absolutely worth the wait. Menu includes some vegetarian options and lots of Asian influences. Restaurant could be difficult to spot from the road so I hope they will promote their business heavily, they are the best and deserve the greatest praise.

Went there with my parents and a bunch of friends on a weekend evening on their first week. The experience blew my mind. From their Oysters to desert the whole menu was sensational. Everything is made with passion and the staff was caring and welcoming. Can't recommend enough, will be back for another round of oyster shell gin shot.
