I had an exceptional experience at the gaucho restaurant. Before heading to a movie, my friend and I decided to dine here and were not disappointed. George's attentive and upbeat service truly elevated our evening. The steaks 🥩 were of the highest quality, and the salted cheesecake struck the ideal balance between sweet and salty. George's recommendations were spot-on. I also appreciated the stunning view from the restaurant. We wanted to tip George but weren't prompted and by the time we asked, it was too late. Will definitely return. Thanks for a memorable experience.

Recently I visited this restaurant and as always Gaucho doesn't disappoint (I have previously eaten at Gaucho Picadiliy) 😊 It's my first time visiting Gaucho at The O2. The attentiveness and care of the person looking after my table was outstanding. He was very polite, funny and friendly. His name was George! George was amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious. Will be visiting this restaurant again in the near future.

We visited here after watching a comedian at the o2. It was quite late but they let us order. They have halal options and this was honestly the best steak I’ve had in the UK. It was cooked perfectly and was melt in your mouth! The sides and sauces were delicious too.

Fantastic experience! Was our first time in Gaucho and Carlos was our server for the night and working in hospitality for over a decade is great to receive knowledgeable service when you about to spend over £50 for your meal! The whole experience was amazing, the meat was flavoursome and 5 star service! My best friend chose the best cut - colito de lomo. Highly recommend Gaúcho! We will certainly come back! Gaucho is one of our favourite steak places! It's quite a well known chain of restaurants and we have been to several of their branches across London. The ambience at the O2 branch is ok. In addition to the steaks, their standout dishes include the sausage platter. Their service is also usually excellent! Well worth a visit if you are a steak lover!

The steak was the best steak that i have had. The halal option was only the rump, which i do not usually eat. The rump steak at this restaurant was better than the 'finer' Sirloin steaks i have had at other places.
The service is what made it a memorable night, from the greeting to our end service, Carlos was very attentive and a pleasure to talk to when he served us. He gave his recommendation and accommodated to our requests.
Many thanks to the team, especially Carlos, I would be very glad to visit again.

Staff was kind and extremely attentive. Did not order any wine but they have a great selection. I tried different cocktails and they were all good. Food was delicious as well.

The ancho ribeye was tender, meaty and had a good char.
Reservation wasn’t needed.
Came to about £64 with chips, a sauce and service(no drinks).
Nice treat, but I probably won’t be back.
