Fresh taro milk tea with actual pieces of fresh taro is delicious and my favourite in London (ask for no sugar and no ice). Unfortunately 75% of the time I've been there they did not have pearls and half the time we left as a result. Peals are kind of important for a milk tea place. I hope this improves.

I feel really bad giving this place 3-stars because I really wanted to like it! I thought, "oh wow - a new bubble tea shop I haven't been to!" There was a 5 minute queue, and an interesting menu, so I thought that I would really enjoy it. But unfortunately I didn't. :( To begin with, the guy working the register looked like he hadn't taken a shower in a while... and he may not have as there was dandruff all over his shoulders and his beard needed a really good trim. I didn't get any toppings as it was extra. I ordered something unique though, because I wanted to try a different flavour I've never had before. I ordered the cantaloupe milk. I would assume every drink on a Bubble tea menu would be really good or they wouldn't offer it. I saw somewhere that they used real milk. I asked him and he said yes. But when the girl made my drink, I didn't see her put any in. Also when she made my drink (as there is a nice glass window to watch the procedure) I saw her only use 'lemon' powder to make my drink, even though I ordered a cantaloupe milk. I would think management would want their tubs labeled correctly! My drink did arrive tasting of cantaloupe melon milk... sort of... but I didn't enjoy the overall flavour. It felt very watery and kind of fake. My husband didn't enjoy it either. We drank maybe half and threw the rest in the bin. But I do hope some of their other drinks are good. I would think they would be, because they seemed to show they have shops all over the world. All in all though I wouldn't stop back in here or any franchise of this place.

This is my favourite bubble tea place to go to in London, all the tea tastes great and super fresh. There is no adding syrups or any of that stuff to the tea and it's pretty cheap imo compared to other places. I'd recommend wintermelon or taro! My only complaint is that there is no toilet, but it's really not their fault the premises are so small! I hope it could upgrade too to have some more seating.

The bubble teas I've tried are relatively authentic but the selection is limited. After several visits, I could no longer stand the incredibly rude staff members and searched for alternative bubble tea places. There are better places nearby with more selection and way friendly staff. Give Biju a try. I no longer have to feel like I'm begging to pay for bubble tea.

I went to this branch in SOHO today and the drink tasted great but AWFUL STAFF SERVICE would not bring me to that shop again !!! they barely have smile on their face when serving to customers and looks like they were forced to be working there. Once again, customer service is the aspect that the owner of the shop should be laying more emphasis on... Rudest, disrespectful staffs should be taught how to treat their customers with good professional accomplishment and customer service it is undoubtedly an areas that should have expected improved in particular in term of its competitive location.

Super friendly staff and consistently delicious bubble tea! This extends to all their branches in Sydney, Singapore and California too. Big fan of ShareTea and the London one doesn't disappoint!

When we visited they had sold out of most of the toppings so I ordered the oolong tea with tapioca pearls. It was the best bubble tea i have found in the UK so far.

Very tasty! Bubbles are soft all the way through and they take the individual sweetness level seriously - not like many other places that just pour sugar in regardless.
