amazing staff drinks were amazing as well, lovely atmosphere i couldn’t ask for more ! There was a blonde girl with piercings and a tall man with long dark hair as barista and they gave the best customer service .i will come again for sure!!

I have to say how wonderful the staff are here! Michelle and Luigi were so gracious and welcoming; it was much appreciated after a long journey. To be greeted with a genuine smile and friendly banter made my day. Thank you!

Hello, Nero in London! I visited this cafe not for the first time. When I travel to Lithuania, I always drink delicious coffee at Nero. This time I also tried salmon sandwich and was not disappointed!
The staff is polite and helpful, the atmosphere is busy, travelers are around.
One thing I missed here - tidiness and cleanliness . Hope next time when I visit Nero in London near Victoria Couch Station the staff will do impossible to become possible. 5 stars are for coffee and food.

I love Italian coffee. Specially cappuccino. Today I had a very tasty cappuccino. The foam made from milk was amazing. They have also Italian pastry. Very good, as well. And the staff was very polite and helpful.

I always have time to stop for a coffee here while waiting for my bus. Staff are usually cheerful and I think they’re true italians most of the time. Coffee is great though expensive, but this seems to be common place nowadays

The service is great. When we came the staff cinsisted of super professional, positive and energetic Italian guys. The toilet is in high demand and there was a 15 - 20 min wait before we could use it. It is one toilet for both men and women.
