Went mid morning. Was not too busy and was able to order and recieve food rather quick. Alot of seating over 2 floors so finding a seat wasn't difficult. Staff seemes alright and place was clean

I like the food but the service can be slow and a staff can forget one of your items. So it's best to always check inside your takeaway bag or on the tray before you eat your meal.

My order wasn't completed properly, and had some items missing from my tray. Went back to the till to get it and was treated as if I've just walked in to steal from them. Got it sorted in the end. Next time, will double check whats on my tray before I start eating.

We popped in here for a quick bite while we were waiting for our train at the Clapham Station. The food was also quite good. It was a dine in for a family of 5. We ordered and it arrived within 5 minutes.
The ambience was great. I love the use of bright colours. Clean toilet. Overall tidy, well managed and cheerful staff.

I had a fantastic experience at this McDonald's. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive, and the food quality met my expectations. I wanted to highlight the outstanding service provided by Md Fazlul Gani, The Duty Manager at this McDonald's. He exhibited excellent leadership skills, ensuring that the team ran smoothly and the customers were well taken care of. Mr Fazlul Gani was approachable, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. His dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. Ordered McDonald's to take out to clapham common park as it was packed in the shop. Portions are smaller and the chips a bit soggy but maybe it depends on who's serving you and what time of day it is.

Late night McDonalds visits can be slow and disorganised. Not here! Needed food in a hurry and despite being very very busy I had it in less than 3 mins. They were announcing order numbers using a PA system and it worked really well

To be honest, they've never gotten my order wrong. They have the screens you can order from. I have been very very drunk in here when it's packed and still walked away happy. Pretty legendary stop off on a late night journey home when sozzled.
Also open earlier than the other coffee and breakfast places on Sunday mornings if you're getting an early morning Sunday train from Clapham Junction station.

This is your standard McDonald's affair. Order on the big screen, wait to collect then eat. It's open till wow late on Fridays and weekends. I've been there at 3am before, not sure when it shuts. They have a security guard there when it's late though. They do have a toilet there.
