Proper east end boozer. Full of chatty locals. Good prices and a breath of fresh air from the pretensious wine bars all around. Not for those who can't deal with real working class people, do the locals a favour and stay away.
Bunch of us parents went while kids were football training around the corner.
A proper local. Friendly, clean, good service and prices.
Only stayed for a couple, could have stayed all night.
Great little local pub. Very welcoming and friendly. Toilet were the cleanest we've seen all weekend. Good value for money.

A good olde boozer tucked away on the south side of the river, not far from Tower Bridge. Very much a local gathering point for company and to put the World to rights. Lovely people (and dogs). A fine place to pop for a beer, or two.
