I love their food,. But felt let down by the service this time. To be argued with when you enquire about missing items, even after saying if it's a mistake on my order please grab the missing items and I'll pay for them if I havent. It took another staff member to interject to stop this usually very nice polite man from arguing, and the other person grabbed the missing items and charged me accordingly. Im Very disappointed and hope this was just a bad day for the person as I've never had issues before. I feel I must post this until my next visit still with a high food and atmosphere review as it should

Always decent enough. Can be a little untidy inside at busy times, as you would expect. But staff good. I have had issues with the drive-thru in the past where their card machine wasn't working, so you have to get out and pay inside after ordering. Can be a bit inconvenient when wearing pyjamas!!
