Nice, but small place. A bunch of kids were playing around making noise. No fault to anyone but at a small place like this it was a bit annoying. Also it was a hot sunny day with no sun protection on the glass windows with AC off. It was way too hot inside in the sun, by the windows. Everybody sat away from the sun. In this way half of the tables were deserted empty while the other half, in the shadows were crowded. Very friendly and polite service. A good place to eat. UPDATE: I received a parking ticket for £100 because I stayed 47 minutes. It took 20 minutes to be served. Customer parking…for £100 Appeal rejected! (Why did I dare to arrive by car and eat there?!)

Lazy and rude staff. Entered and went to the counter to order. Staff consistently ignored me and I stood there for 5mins while watching their backs turned with not even the slightest acknowledgement. I eventually had to speak up and ask if I could order and the manager rolled her eyes like I was a major inconvenience for wanting to order food and give them money. She hesitantly walked over the registered and barked “what”. The entire place is filthy with no one bothering to ever clean the tables. Staff are just lazy and I can only imagine how lazy they are at preparing the actual food. Avoid.

It’s such a shame as I have ordered from KFC deptford many times before & I know you can do better then this, I decided to order Deliveroo “maybe that’s where I went wrong” My chips were RAW still rock hard like a potatoe I had no lettuce in my TFB which is a shame as it’s my favourite when you bit into the burger and you get the cold crunchy lettuce 🥬 crunch so yummy but not this time unfortunately Guys please do better, I will order again but this is crazy as I’m still hungry!!

My order was awful. I ordered from delivery which is good they sort it out straight away. But still I'm angry my burger looks like they throw everything just like that even lettuce are like old , there is not hashbrown in it . Main boxes inside look dirty and they throw chips aswell it looks oldest chips in the shop. Drink I ordered Pepsi max received 7 up . This made me angry I'm with a baby waiting food and I received hall box thrown food. Please do the job properly.

Had food from this place plenty of times and as many others have said, it's a varied experience for sure. The quality of the food does indeed depend heavily on the time of the day. The few times I've been there personally to pick-up done good the staff appeared to be completely unprepared although they did try to be nice and helpful at least in my experience. Whereas ordering is generally a good experience though more than once I've had actually items from the order completely missing. Fortunately Just Eat or Deliveroo always got you covered and reimburse the money but come on guys! I know you can do a good job so come on, be more careful

Poor service! Staff is completely clueless and unorganised. As an insult of unseen dimension there’s a note at the checkout and drive thru as I have posted! Dear Management: people getting angry and annoyed is because your staff has not been trained! They’re NOT doing a brilliant job, because you let them in the rain! If you would train, treat and pay your staff right this wouldn’t be a topic here! SHAME ON YOU! Your staff getting insulted is your fault and your fault only!

We normally get KFC via just-eat, so far so good they have never messed up our order. However it really depends on the time of the day that you order which depicts the quality of your food. (if you order beginning of lunch when stuff is freshly made it is great, if you get mid afternoon when it is slow it can be dry like leather, if you catch a busy period the chicken may be still dripping in oil as they haven't drained it well enough.) Timing is important at this store.

There was a long queue at the site. I think this was as a result of the time we arrived at the restaurant. The staff were I believe overwhelmed and didn't react to the change in the number of customers they had. We were in the drive through queue for more than 30 minutes. As the drive through is very tight there's no way to maneuver round to leave. Think the staff should be trained in the idea of fast food service. The food was great but service was not.
