We visited Annie’s for a Sunday roast and WOW, we were not disappointed! I always find that when you go to a restaurant for a Sunday roast, it never lives up to your expectations. But our meal at Annie’s was absolutely breathtaking! We WILL be back (weekly!) Thank you team Annie’s!

A hidden gem in Chiswick area of West London. Small but enticing menu and wide range of drinks and cocktails available. Small and intimate place for family and couples. Not recommended for big groups.

Had an extended family (18) gathering to celebrate our marriage earlier in week. Good selection for various food palettes/allergies/veg/vegan. Pre ordered food from menu to make everything run smoothly. Everyone commented on how delicious food was. The service was attentive and paced perfectly (and checked with us when to bring next course). We never felt rushed or that we were waiting. A truely wonderful night.

Roast dinner was delicious; a generous portion with moist chicken, creamy cauliflower cheese, perfectly roasted vegetables, and doused in delicious gravy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved it! The food was really hearty and warm. Loved every part of it. We ordered the mango chicken salad and hummus with grilled pita for starters which took around 10 mins to be served. The mango chicken salad is a must try! I’ll certainly go back for this. For mains, we had the shepherd’s pie and the grilled sea bass with lime rice and both were super good, it took around 25-30 mins for the main course to be served and it was totally worth the wait. For dessert, we had the sticky toffee pudding, it was delicious but not necessarily something I’ll personally re-order. The service and staff made the experience really special as they’ve been very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is Victorian English which we loved! We had a reservation made a few days in advance. They have an outdoor seating which is lovely if the weather is good but also two floors indoor.

5 stars only! A beautiful afternoon in the sun and there’s nowhere I would rather be than Annie’s! As always, the food, drink and service was outstanding. We were sat outside at the front of Annie’s, the sun shade was open and we finally got to enjoy one of the very few sunny days we get in England! Annie’s is situated perfectly to go for a short walk along the river after lunch so that you can work off the delicious food (and wine!). What was only meant to be a short lunch turned into a thoroughly sociable and enjoyable afternoon. Thank you to Annie’s for a lovely day in the sun. Whether rain or shine, you always deliver and I will certainly be back as soon as I can!
