Great food, as is the Neat Burger standard. Perfect for satisfying that hangover food craving, but veganised. Pretty place and friendly staff. Dogs are allowed inside. A little pricey, though.

One of the best vegan fast food joints I've ever been to! 🤩🤩
The retro atmosphere here is so great--even down to the music choices. Prepare for good vibes as every single member of staff is lovely, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. 🤩
Food wise, it's all vegan and pretty outstanding. I can't get enough of the shakes, fries or the caesar wrap! The loyalty reward system is great too. 10/10 very, very big fan, I can't wait to return! 😄

Quite a nice vegan fastfood place close to oxford street, regent street etc. We loved the burger we tried. The hotdog was not nearly as nice as the burgers were. We loved the classic lemonade but did not like the watermelon one. Prices seem somewhat reasonable? We spent about £32 on the food pictured below (2 drinks, 2 “mains”, 2 sides). You order the food through the touch screen at the counter and then the staff brings it to your table.

Super nice food. I got a cheeseburger and tater tots, but should have gotten skinny fries instead because it tasted so much potato, but still good though. I had the churros as dessert and it was delicious. Will come back :)

Shame they don’t do mac and cheese anymore!
For some reason, a meal for two ended up being about 40£ certainly went up in price, a lot more expensive than your standard McDonald’s.
The food was amazing, it hit the spot, fantastic hangover food. The waitress was super nice and helpful. The food was fairly quick as well.
Visited on Tuesday evening, the place was almost empty. Great to get it on the go. Certainly had some take sways orders going on as well.
I commended previously on their packaging as well, it’s very excessive, even if it’s cardboard, no need. Only created extra waste! Recommend to eat in to avoid all that packaging.

I've been a few times. It's been excellent each time. I had the buffalo califlower last time. Was licking my fingers all the way to Oxford Street. Delicious.

I'm not 100% vegan and I think most non-vegans will enjoy their food. The smokestack burger is one of the best I've had. The tater tots were really good. Not sure what they season them with but they did a good job. Vegan vanilla shake was also awesome. My first time here and the staff was very helpful.
