The food quality is good and fresh, the staffs are friendly as well. The reason I do not give five star is that there are variety sauces but tooooo sweet which makes every food tastes sweet. And one recommendation to the restaurant is please provide vegetable broth for vegetarian to enjoy the tasty hot pot!

This was my first time trying this type of hot pot. I went for the traditional base, which I think is the Chongqing Spicy Pot. I picked a medium spice level and found it was good for me as someone who can handle spicy food quite well. Others may want to go for a lower spice level. The staff did a good job to accommodate us and explain how everything works. It was the evening so it was a buffet for 25 pounds per head. We picked out a number of meat, fish and vegetable items to start with and then topped up with more items once we were done. The staff were very proactive with offering to bring more food too. I liked the food and enjoyed the experience. I've been to Korean bbq and fondue places before where you cook and dip your own food but this was a new (to me) twist on those styles of eating. The place itself feels quite stylish and clean too. I'd definitely recommend that people give this style of food a go and this seems like a great place to try it.
