This Greggs branch used to be really good with former staff… now it is poor! The shop is never properly ready when open and I see customers arrive and leave with nothing as there is no baked goods ready to buy! I only buy a coffee there so it doesn’t usually affect me. Shame for other customers.

This must be one of the worst managed Greggs in London. I have had staff complaining about how busy they are, they talk more than they work and there was only one person serving again this morning making us wait almost 20 minutes for a coffee!!
