Not only did he make me some sushi which had run out, but was available still on the till, but as I was waiting he assisted an older customer with such patience and friendless.

It's a cashless self help service and order were ready in minutes. Really impressed.

Great food as usual but more importantly the manager was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond when a woman fell outside and needed to rest for a minute and have some water. A great example of lots of people rallying together to help someone, especially the staff. Thank you for your help!

Having been to Itsu places before I thought this one was a little tight in terms of seating and indoor dining. 🤷
The self ordering screens is literally in front of the entrance and is quite easy to use.
The display of the different dishes is quite the opposite from what is served. 😶
On the screen there's this huge porcelain/ceramic bowl but what one gets is a takeaway carton box container.
There's one low table and the rest are high. The table top was sticky so much so that the napkin stuck to it 😳 not good.
Even when one staff member meandered over he simply collected the left containers, never wiped the surface area down, seemingly no intention to either.🤨
If the recycling bins were closer to the exit patrons would not leave the containers on the tables. Layout should be rethought definitely.🤔
But the food is delicious above all ☺️👍🥰😋

It’s always so fresh and good. The price is affordable. I don’t like drinking much so my favourite here is sushi and miso soup, which comes as the deal and cheaper.
Another option is vegan salad, so fresh and delicious.

Sushi was quite good and at a good price. However, the vegetarian gyozas were a bit undercooked.
There are options for vegetarians and vegans.
