Tried Guava for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. We had plantain was with guacamole. The service is great with lovely laid back decor. As soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed. Will be back very soon.
Dined here for the first time by myself recently. I enjoyed it so much that I brought my partner the following week, who also really enjoyed the food! He had pancakes and I had the Big Vegan Breakfast.
Admittedly, we had to wait a bit for our food as they were quite busy, however, we were provided with an accurate wait time (which wasn't too long).
I have allergies and the staff provided me with accurate info regarding ingredients in certain dishes. This really put my mind at ease.
The Guava Kitchen is an establishment I will keep coming back to. Not only for the food, but the serene atmosphere and helpful staff. 10/10 🌟
Took my cousin for lunch for his birthday yesterday and we loved the food, atmosphere, decor and vibe. The starters and mains were delicious and the only reason we didn't have dessert was because I had something planned elsewhere with family but as it was his birthday they gave him a complementary slice of cake which was also delicious. The smoothies were great too. We'll definitely be going again with other family members.
This is such a lovely vegan gem in Forest Hill! I had the big vegan brekkie, and it was really filling. I enjoyed every single ingredient, especially the baked beans and the plantain, which gave it a Caribbean-twist. However, the vegan sausages were a little too crumbly for my liking. The coffee was decent too.
The vibes of this cafe and the music was really good too, the friendly service made me feel really welcome here. There’s also power plugs so I guess it’s good for working, and I also spotted a gorgeous private dining area downstairs! Will 100% come back to try their desserts which looked soooo yummy!

I have just come from the Guava Kitchen and the food there was lovely. There was a very relaxed atmosphere and the food was delicious. I had a ' lighting bolt' and the 'guava kitchen burger' really tasty 😋. would recommend for all - vegetarians, vegans and meat-eaters.

All food and drinks are vegan. Had the best ever vegan breakfast which had Caribbean twist. Their sausages are homemade and delicious. Would like to keep going back so I can try more of the menu, just wish I lived nearer.

I wish I posted the pics before I started eating. The food was DELICIOUS 😋 JHEEZ!! Gluten-free pancakes with a raspberry sauce and whipped coconut, shaved coconut on top. I ate the main food which was delicious and my friend had the pancakes. I literally scoffed the food and ordered the pancakes after - let's just say, my leather pants felt extra tight afterwards, lol. The service was on point, polite, and smiles - they know what they have is top notch, so smile, yes.
Been dying for a quality local plant-based place I can go to!

I had the Big Vegan Brekkie as well as the Irish Moss smoothie! Both tasted amazing. I especially loved the mushrooms! So good. Props to the chef!
I will be returning very soon. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is Vegan, Vegetarian or just looking for delicious food!
