I was so disappointed when they closed a year ago. I’ve had two meals since they have reopened and it’s just as amazing as ever! The chicken is so nicely cooked and the pitta is so fresh! Staff are so friendly and polite as well, such a great addition to Balham.

Just moved back into the area and we have been wanting to try a proper Greek restaurant for a while. Needless to say - we found the perfect one 👍 the food was just incredible and the service was amazing ! Glad to say this is going to be our go-to from now on

The owners has a charming character. Very informative. Lovely food. The pork in the box is super tasty. Tzatziki is a definite love affair can't resist it, home made at its best 😊. Thank you.

This was a dinner consisting of a beef/lamb box and a chicken wrap. We took both the tzatziki and the red chili sauce for both. Both of the dishes were awesome and the service was wonderful and warm. Would recommend this restaurant to anybody that wants some hearty and tasteful Greek food 😍

(Update Oct 2023) It used to be my favourite Greek food place but the owner and menu has changed and I’m sad to say that it is not as good (not even close). We’ve waited for months for it to be back reopen but really disappointed by the latest visit. Signature feta sauce and jam for halloumi are off the menu. Service was friendly though. —— My partner and I love this place!!! We keep going back (literally every week) since we moved into the area and found this shop. Chicken gyro box with sides of halloumi fries is our go-for every time. Very impressed by the quality of the food and the friendly shop owners. We had tried several other Greek places when they were on holiday but simply nothing can compare.

Very hard to find authentic greek food in London but this was as close as you'll get. Had the chicken gyro, simply amazing. Have gone back time and time again.

First time I have tried this place as usually walk by the end of the street but decided to give it a go and really glad I did. Really lovely Chicken Gyros wrap and lots of other choices.

Lovely addition to clapham south. The food was fresh and tasty and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be making the urban greek my new friday takeaway.
