Came here twice over the past 2 weeks. First experience was great. Male member of staff was very friendly and gave me an NHS discount. Second experience was unsatisfactory, female member of staff without a mask claimed too many people were in the shop when myself and my brother walked in, there was only another family of 4 making 6 customers in total (just 2 households). She seemed disinterested in taking my brother’s order and claimed she couldn’t hear him so I spoke on his behalf. Asked kindly for NHS discount and argued that they don’t do it despite being given it the week before. Food tasted great on both occasions.
