Best Chocolate drinks in London. I’ve been here before but this time was disappointed. They should improve their system! No receipt or order number for customer and staffs can’t remember everyone’s orders. Someone else took my drink and I had to ask for my order after the big group after me got their drinks. I had to wait 20mins to get my drink. Dissatisfied with the service!

Had my first visit to the High Street Kensington branch today. Got my son a milk chocolate shake and I got a white chocolate shake with Lemon. OMG.....the white chocolate milkshake tasted EXACTLY like Milkybar! It was amazing. I got a small and after drinking half of it I had dodgy guts due to being on a diet and treating myself to this shake (which didn't agree with me as used to diet food). I still drank the rest and pushed through the pain....it was THAT good. My son's Milk chocolate Milkshake also tasted like Galaxy chocolate and he is 16 and lives on shakes....he said this was the best one he has ever had. The look on his face was just like the food critics reaction from the Disney film "RATATOUILLE" when he tried the meal that was just like what his mother used to make. It was priceless!!! If I wasn't on a diet....I'd be in everyday. Def worth it!

Best cold chocolate I’ve had ever!!!! The chocolate flavour was so good, everything was customisable, you can blend cinnamon, sea salt etc into your drink. You can pick the % of cocoa in the chocolate and even pick the milk you want. The aesthetics of the chocolate cafe was really nice too!! Download their app for a free drink :)

Visited with a friend and he loved the 54% chocolate + mocha! There is such a great selection and all the dark chocolate choices that are 54% and above are all vegan friendly. There are four different plant-based milks to choose from too. Will definitely be back again to try their other flavours. Wonderful, friendly service! You can also purchase the chocolate to make and enjoy at home.

Fantastic concept to meet varying chocolate needs through all the seasons! Chocolate milk, chocolate milkshake or hot chocolate - take your pick. I had the 96% hot chocolate - was really good with the homemade marshmallow. Definitely an experience worth trying! Please like if you found this helpful!

Best hot chocolate ever! I had been to the one in Rye already so was really excited to see it come to London. I’ve never been to a place which has such an amazing selection as here. You can also get white chocolate here which is nice if you have a super sweet tooth (like me!). But they also have vegan options too with a selection of alternative milk options.
