Great poker room - Matt, Hack and the team do a fantastic job making the players feel welcome and comfortable. Good atmosphere and fun cash games in a nice environment - also good location with lots of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend if in the area. Plus a great monthly NLH/PLO round of each tourney they run one Sunday a month

I visited this casino back in February of this year (2023) during a trip to the U.K. Personally, I don't like to gamble because I feel like it's a waste of money. However, I am giving this casino a review because of the AMAZING staff. We were taking a beating at the blackjack table and were about to head out, but then my bestie ordered a steak and we shared it. Well, that had to be the luckiest steak in London because the tide turned big time! I went from 200 down to breaking even for the entire trip including two nights in Belgium...lol. But in the excitement, we left a bag of souvenirs with the coat check and didn't realize it until we got home. I took a chance and called the casino to see if we left it there because we weren't sure at the time. They said they would check with the staff and let us know. Well, they did just that. They found the bag with all items still there and they covered the shipping costs to ship it to us. We were thrilled and very appreciative. So I felt the least I could do is leave this review and let folks know that if you're ever in London and you want to gamble, give this place a visit because they will take care of you. 👍🏾

Nice casino, friendly staff but a little too busy on the tables people jumping between tables playing on 2 tables at the same time. I asked the dealer if that was allowed and he said it’s normal. Perhaps that should be looked at? Fantastic food! The waiters are warm and welcoming. The food arrived very quickly even though the restaurant was busy and the waiters said it may be delayed because there’s only 1 chef and a lot of customers but it was very quick. The food was delicious, great quality and so much flavour. I asked to speak to the chef as I understood he was on his own and to produce that standard of food on your own is tremendous. He was a nice guy, he said he’s Lebanese so I was impressed because he made some mean noodles. Disappointed there was only 1 Lebanese dish with a Lebanese chef in the kitchen though? I gave him a tip for his service (we tend to forget who actually provides us with what we pay for in restaurants), he was very humble and very grateful. I also spoke to the manager to send my compliments. I would recommend this casino but perhaps don’t be shocked by the table hoppers.
