Wanted an authentic Byriani and Natak did not disappoint. Served in a small but tardis style pot with pastry topping. The flavours were aromatic, well spiced and well constructed to make this dish very moorish. I had the lamb Byriani which was plentiful balance of rice and meat. Of course other dishes are available and I did try rather a lot of them. They were all very different and all very tasty. Highly recommend this place for an Indian feast.

Our local dishoom. Highly recommended the lamb chops and natak paneer for starters.

Excellent well-balanced flavours. The spicy aromas hit you as you enter the restaurant. Good sized menu (not over bearing) with a decent variety of meat dishes. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options too. Food is served at a good temperature. I had 5 servings although I wanted to stop eating by the 2nd. Staff was very accommodating. Very well priced for the quality of food. Please open a Natak in Northwest London.

I ran the London marathon on 03.10.2031, and I was hungry after settling in afterward. This place is awesome! Solid portions; so authentic and the food presentation was spot on. Attentive staff made it a first class experience. And yes, I cleaned my plate.

We were a group of 4 and had an amazing experience last night. This hidden gem for Indian food is a must try if anyone is looking for a casual Indian dining experience which offers an exemplary balance of flavors and texture. We shared various dishes and you pick anything, it was just amazing. Their pani puri and paneer tikka were one of the best we've had in London so far. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. Uma, Steve and Riz were a true sample of excellent hospitality. We requested the team to notch up the spice level for us, and then spot on - it just made our experience stand out. In short, great food, great drinks, and great hospitality - everything you'd want to spend your Friday evening with. Would definitely come back soon and highly recommend!

After ordering take away (which was superb) we decided to visit Natak for dinner. The service and ambience were delightful. The manageress could not be more helpful and all the staff fully understood the menu. The food was way above expectation, so reminiscent of our numerous trips to India. The food is not your usual Indian restaurant which the more primitive dinners will not really appreciate. It is authentic, high class Indian food at reasonable prices. I could not recommend this enough and would urge anyone that wants different high quality Indian food to visit. Natak is the future of Indian food.

Stumbled across this place and had the most incredible Mumbai-style brunch on a Sunday afternoon. Flavours we haven't tasted since visiting India. Big courtyard out the front for kids to play whilst you eat. Lovely staff, low key location. Staff kindly gave our son a fresh naan to take home as he'd slept for most of the meal. My favourite elements of our 2 course meal were the stuffed dosa, coconut dip, fried ocra and bottled beer a bit like Cobra but nicer. Good options for veggies. I never leave reviews but wanted to in this case. Thanks for hosting us Natak.

My family and I visited Natak for the first time yesterday for my daughter's birthday, and it's safe to say that this is the best Indian restaurant we have ever been to. We had booked a table for 6:30 PM but ended up arriving a little earlier than our expected time. Yet, the minute we entered the restaurant, we were welcomed with utmost kindness and hospitality. We were awestruck by the restaurant's atmosphere and the sheer detail that had gone into its decor - particularly the spice and pulses compartment by the table we were seated at. We ordered the pani puri roulette, dahi sev puri, tandoori lamb chops, murg tikka, salmon tikka, fish Amritsari and Hyderbadi chicken biryani, and we were impressed with every single item we ordered - especially both the fish dishes and the biryani. The meat was cooked to perfection and was so tender and flaky. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will definitely be returning to try their brunch menu. The head chef was even generous enough to make the gajar ka halwa parcels as a complimentary dessert for my daughter at the end and spent some time talking to us, which was the highlight of our experience. The staff truly made us feel as if we were eating a divine and luscious meal in the comfort of our own home. They were welcoming, attentive, thoughtful and humorous, and made us feel so comfortable. We truly can't wait to return and can't recommend this amazing restaurant enough!

INCREDIBLE food. Really enjoyed the theatrics of the Pani Puri Roulette! Stand out favourites were the Murg Moghlai and Chilli Chicken! Will definitely be back to try more.

Amazing place! Probably one of the best Indian restaurants in London and certainly in the area. The food is fresh, the flavours very well balanced and, based on my experience, I think it's quite authentic. The staff is really kind and friendly and the atmosphere is evocative of Bollywood and Mumbai. Very tastefully decorated. The cocktails give a contemporary twist to the menu. I loved the one with vodka, passion fruit, chilli and vanilla!
