I have been regular to this place and seen the review from yesterday 3 people came I heard full conversation between the owner and customers and those reviews are on basis of personal grudges or something. Owner just said to them to get 2 shisha between 3 people and these people didn't want to but they have given 1 star which is unfair. Owner was very polite to them these people were mocking him by saying we know the lounges and no one ask to buy 2 shishas between 3 people. the guy was disturbing the arsenal game...

I have been going to this Lounge since they first opened a year ago and I must say its a wonderful place to go visit, they have just refurbished and it looks even better. They have a beautiful feature wall, which is amazing for those that like to take pictures as it’s perfect place for insta post. The staff there are so friendly and easy to talk to. The shisha is absolutely amazing and it didn’t even get harsh once. I had there strawberry mojito and the baby chicken which was so tasty will definitely be visiting again.
