Staff were friendly but forgot our order, once reminded it was made quickly and was really nice! Good atmosphere, not too busy, has iced drink selection which not all prets do.

Good place to eat in Paternoster Square next to St Paul's Cathedral with the usual Pret format with plenty of choice of freshly made sandwiches etc. I thought the service in this one was good with a well organized team dealing with coffee and food orders very efficiently.

Very fast paced and never have to wait long for a coffee. Staff are very friendly and there is always a good selection of food on offer. I use this shop at least twice a week and have never had a problem.

Not a complaint, just an observation. This chain makes a great cup of coffee, but while ordering at this store and several others, I wondered what on Earth you guys are thinking with your ordering and pickup process. There seems to be no method to the madness whatsoever. If there is a correct process, or place to order, or place to stand while waiting for pickup, or a place to pick up orders, I have no idea where it is. The first in first out concept (common across the rest of the planet) is non existent. Everyone seems to queue up however and then go to whichever cashier is available, and then somehow receive their order made by either their cashier, or some other random person in the back. Honestly, I try to figure out what is happening, and I can't tell who is supposed to do what. Get in where you fit in. Again, not a complaint as the coffee is great, but how about some organization?

My favourite Pret. The manager is priceless. He always tries to make sure you are well looked after and he is never without a smile. Food is perfect for me and the salads are excellent.

Standard Pret, see reviews for other branches. Good coffee and teas. It serves sarnies, wraps, pastries, baguettes etc and some hot dishes e.g. soups. Good staff. Eat in or takeaway.
