Mohammed was very nice and accommodating on Thursday, and my drink was prepared very quickly. He was very happy to help despite it being very close to closing time (which I appreciate is the worst time for anyone to come in!) I hope he receives this feedback, as he is a valuable asset to this store!

Nice coffee! I was here on a Saturday early morning and was just happy to find an open cafe. Ironically, Soho is super crowded and with all sorts of restaurants at night, but early morning on the weekends, its nearly impossible to find something around here to eat or drink, so was just very happy to find this one. Was always going to Cafe Nero in the corner, but the line there was too big this morning, so found this one, and started alternating between the two, always nice to have options! :)

It wasn’t my first time buying food in this shop, so the rating will be 4 stars. Today I bought lunch, and first time ever my veggies weren’t fresh so I am a little disappointed as that’s my favorite salad at Pret. I had to pick out unfresh lettuce and tomatoes as these just didn’t taste right. Hopefully that was one time mistake.

The prices are a little too high for my liking. The problem I face nearly all the time is I ask for extra hot coconut latte a lot and it comes as normal hot. Which I do not like. Also the yoghurt with cereal the portion is getting smaller by the day funnily the price is rising. Sandwiches are great but can be slightly bigger for the money you are paying. One problem at this store is there are no toilets
