As a Filipino, it is a treat to see a familiar place in the london and in the center of it all. Jollibee never fails to bring a smile to my face and seeing this after a long touristy walk from Buckingham Palace. The crew is great and very friendly. Minus 1 though due to the ordering system not working and we had to queue. Food is great and a bit expensive ( well it is London after all ). Everything tastes the same except the pasta. They added a bit more cheese making it a tad cheesier than normal. The place is cozy. We ate at the tables outside while Leicester Square is buzzing with activity. There is something unique about eating Jollibee outside in London. Overall great experience. Will go back there again if I need a Jollibee pick-me-up.

Food has improved since they opened, especially the spaghetti and spicy chicken (not as mad spicy as before which is good). Staff have always been hardworking and accommodating. Although waiting time for our order yesterday was 25 minutes which I personally think was too long of a wait (at some point it was 45mins in one of my previous visits). I also would like to suggest if toilet room could be maintained clean at all times because it was horrible yesterday (photo below) and for most times, there are no toilet paper and bins were overflowing. Nevertheless, I know everyone does their best but then the business could always improve on opportunities cited.

Been wanting to try this place for a while but the business and queues was not for me.. But I eventually went and... Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered and will definitely be returning. I had the spicy chicken burger, which had good amount of heat and the bun was soft and fluffy. The chips were very good!! The fried chicken and gravy were the stars of the show!! Cannot wait to eat more! Definitely a go to fried chicken place as the price was fair too.

My wife wanted to try this new (to London) chain, being Filipina. It was packed to the rafters and we waited fifty minutes for our order. We sat outside and ate. The chicken was better than most other chains, being quite juicy and crispy. My only niggle is there was no coffee. I don’t drink any kind of soda, and I refuse to pay for bottled water anywhere.

This is right in Leicester Sq, and from reading the reviews and my experience, this place is VERY busy at lunchtime. There was a wait for my order but in my opinion it was well worth it. The portions are a good size and the prices vary from a saver menu to something more costly. There's a small seating space outside but upstairs is huge. There's something for everyone - from burgers to spaghetti and hotdogs.

I'm amaze on the food it feels like I am in the ph. Also the restaurant is clean and tidy. But As forme I would to give attention to their serving its a bit long wait for 1 order, it takes for 20-30mins but in total good enough.

If you want food that is filling and delicious at the same time. I would highly suggest to come here to dine in, whatever the time! The service is excellent and the atmosphere is customer/people friendly. It is very accessible as there are tables outside to dine.

Visited this Jolibee’s at lunch time so super busy, it took 18 minutes to get my food. I ordered the loaded fries, which were nice but not very loaded. Very light covering of sauce, but the sauce was so good! The staff were nice and seemed to be doing all they could for the queue but I think this restaurant doesn’t have the capacity for it’s popularity, and hopefully will just open more branches!! Overall, well worth a visit :)

First time coming with my friend who has been quite afew times. It was very packed and we had to wait awhile for our food. There is seating outside and upstairs which was packed. The food is different from other fast food places. The fried chicken and gravy l found average and the spaghetti with sausage was ok . There is a huge variety to choose from but expect to que

Very juicy chicken burger. Fresh just made. Excellent service. Price reasonable for central London. Better than another well known fried chicken store. The peach and mango pie is a must try. 😋
