I've been to this Subway several times now and each time I've received excellent customer service particularly from Aisha who is very helpful, friendly, patient and always has a smile on her face. It's a clean store and they give you sufficient toppings.

Went in for a foot long Italian. Ali served me and was polite and helpful. Everything in the display looked fresh. I had it toasted with cheese. The place is clean and tidy.

Headed over to the Whitechapel branch today. I use this branch a lot and the staff are a mixed bunch. However, I received patient and exceptional service from a employee in teaining called Nadir. I went around 6:30pm on 07/12/19 and he was extremely friendly and accommodating. I have a vegetarian in my family and got Nadir to change his gloves several times and he didn't complain once and heard me out very patiently. He took my orders perfectly and with a smile. I just want to say thank you and that I hope your manager promotes you because you deserve it!
