I am a coach driver and I always come here for a drink on my break time. The service is always 10/10 the staff are helpful and have a welcome and friendly approach. The drinks here are top quality been to other places such as costa and Starbucks and I feel I need to drink my coffee quicker as the drink isn’t hot whereas here they get it spot on!

Rates are a bit on the higher side but you can pay for the ambience. We have to self order in the kiosk and you can only pay by card. No cash accepted.I ordered coffee and a breakfast wrap, the taste was good but the rates are higher. The delivery of the order is really quick.This will be a perfect place to halt for hours in such a busy place like victoria. Overall a good experience. Recommended for singles, with family and friends

The coffee is all priced affordable to travelers. The staff here are very professional and friendly, they create a good atmosphere. The contactless order option with description of the items that assists both customers and the staffs. There are various artworks inside the coffee shop, which makes this a cute cafe. There are plenty of tables and sears available inside the coffee shop.

Black sheep Coffee was recommended to me by one of their staff( a lady )who works in their old street branch in London but never got the chance to go there and try it because of parking restrictions . After seeing the one on Elizabeth street at Victoria coach station , i decided to give it a go and guess what ? i love it. the flavour is just on another level for me. Also, the staff are super nice and welcoming. Another thing that is exceptional about them , is the digital screen that you’re welcome with to place your order when you walk in. I recommend to try Black Sheep Coffee and you won’t regret it at all.

It's an easy to access coffee specialist. They do have some strong and tasty coffee and the staff are very nice here. They remember what I like and know how to do it each time which is why I keep coming back. Right next to the coach station which I use frequently and they have a good range of food and drinks. It's an easy choice for the location and that's here. They have charging points for laptops and mobiles. Good toilet and good seats which are clean. Its a highlight before I have to take the coach.
