We had a lovely chat with the staff and enjoyed our meal. I managed to show my prawn katsu curry my phone without photographing it 😅

Menu is a straightforward mix of sushi and the starters/tapas dishes you have from majority of the London restaurants. But you can tell that they are freshly prepared and very well presented.
Keep it up! Having spoken to them about what they are looking to do, I’m looking forward to some menu changes/enhancements which will come in due course 🥰
Highly recommend this place. The sushi was fresh and quick service. It feels authentic has a nice ambience and the manager is so sweet. I’ve been here twice in a week and plan to visit again. Recommend the crunchy sushi, the California roll and Gyoza (veg and chicken). To be honest everything is on point. 5 stars for great food and great service. See you soon!
Excellent neighborhood sushi eatery, with friendly staff and superior food. All portions are quite generous and prices are very affordable for central London. I recommend!

Found this place by chance on a food delivery app and their food is delicious. Last night decided to dine in and never expected to find such a cute, bright and clean little space. The owners are really polite and kind, the food tasted even better, the atmosphere was quite soothing and relaxing, almost like you are at home. A small gem near Borough Station.

I was catching up with a friend and it was totally silent inside hence everyone could probably hear our conversation! Though I imagine no one was interested in our updates!
Great cuisine, had a salmon dish/ soup with noodles and gyozas around £10, the portion was big and absolutely delicious.
Had some avocado rolls , also great!
And prawn gyozas 🥟 absolutely fantastic!
Miso soup as a starter , small portion but very tasty and only for around £2.50

Eerily quiet and empty on a Saturday night, nobody was at the counter and had to stare into the kitchen to get some attention. Sat down and ordered chicken katsu, sushi pieces and water, never got the water.
The sushi was okay, nothing special and chicken katsu was decent and hot. Could hear microwave running in the kitchen which was interesting.
At one point the guy that took my order left with a delivery bag and it was just one person in the kitchen. More people came in and phone was ringing and nobody answered.
Person working the kitchen didn't seem to speak much English but he seemed kind.
Given the size of the place, it seems to be mostly takeout/delivery place rather than sit and eat type.
Place seems to be under multiple different names?? Transaction log says Tamaris Indian.
