I've always wanted to try there Souffle Pancake and finally I did.
We went there on a saturday afternoon and the place was full. But luckily a seat opened up and so we ordered there Chocolate Honeycomb crunch pancake.
It was so delicious and and just the right sweetness. There was a cream that takes the sweetness away. The pancake was so soft and jiggly😆 there was a honey crunch which I thought would be too hard to eat but it prove me wrong as it was easy to chew and it just melts in your mouth.
Will definitely go back here and try there other options.
The pancakes here are fluffy and tasty!
Tried both the matcha and original and would highly recommend both!
Sometimes this place gets really busy. Just a testament to how amazing it is!
Absolutely delicious. I first heard about Japanese souffle pancakes ages ago and have wanted to try it. We happened to be walking by and my friend said usually there is a massive line. That day we were early and the cafe had just opened. We ordered straight away and our pancakes were made pretty quickly.
My friend and I shared a pancake, (they come in twos - so we had one each) which was perfect as a snack. We asked for the honeycomb on the side and also a spare tray. The sauec was rich but not too sweet. The cream was light and delightful. Service was great.
The pancakes are a little pricey, but they do make a lovely treat. The cafe is small with only a few tables. I'd have it again, though I'm also thinking I might try to make it myself. :p
I'd definitely have it again and try another pancake on the menu.
I recommend going early to avoid queueing. Also, there's one in Canary Wharf now, so it's another option if you want to try it, or you're already a fan and need a fix.
If you’re looking for Japanese soufflé pancakes, this is the place. A cute and casual cafe in Soho serving up fluffy and delicious pancakes. I was there with my family and we all ordered different ones to share. The miso caramel with popcorn was too sweet. My favourite was the matcha one and the blueberries. Definitely recommend!
My partner wanted to visit this cafe famous for their pancakes and they did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy and light which paired well with fruit or chocolate.
However there were very limited drink options which is surprising for a cafe with only basics of coffee, tea and coke.
Unfortunately the service was lacking as no one approaches you when you enter and you basically have to figure it out yourself.
Although the artwork was nice, the layout and design of the cafe was extremely basic with white tables and seats which all felt flimsy. There was also limited space and the atmosphere felt more like a gallery than a comfy cafe.
Pancakes are airy light and not too sweet. Atmosphere is a 0, overly bright diner vibes with dance music and uncomfortable stools. Get take away and eat elsewhere.
The pancakes are delicious. Very light with just the right amount of topping. The service is efficient. The decor is very modern bright and spacious. I could not help but realise; with whipped cream, fluffy pancakes and honeycomb pieces, I'm buying more than food. The cost is about £8 which the going rate for dessert in the area, but still pricey for what it is.
Really cosy and picture perfect place. The staple pancakes were amazing, really sweet and fluffy great for the price. Service was super slow as we waited more than 35 minutes for our food.
Heads up, Fuwa Fuwa has a very small sitting area. However, the dessert that we got was amazing. Tasted delicious. Highly recommend it.
Service was great, but we kept getting side eyed.
Amazing. The taste is yummy. The most delicious thing I tasted ever. I tried the Japanese pancakes with banana and Nutella. The staff is friendly and the place is cozy.
