There was no queue but staff were preparing things, so I waited about 5 minutes to be served, people started queuing behind me then a staff member came to the counter to serve the person behind me. I said I am here, then served me and tried to give me an unsightly-looking pizza, I chose the one I wanted. A bit of bias?

Consistently friendly staff, really nice team in there. I went in on my lunch break today, mentioned that they were all out of Mexican Chicken baguettes, and Sharon was nice enough to run back without another word to make me an extra one, fresh. Thanks again for such a nice gesture, really appreciated it!

The older lady at the till was really judgemental about my tshirt and was giving me a lecture about how I shouldn't wear a joke tshirt. I didn't come to Greggs to get a lesson in what's moral. Teach your staff better customer service.
