M Restaurant

It was a beautiful experience today to celebrate my birthday at the M restaurants CW. Had to rebook our time slot due to roadworks and closures, and staff were very helpful with that! Service was great, meals, presentation and as we went on sunday they have soulful sundays where there's some live music playing which sets the mood and ambience. My partner, son and I had a great experience. Our server Elizabeth did her best but I've rated 4 star as we were there to celebrate my birthday and when she's brought out the celebratory desert thing that's offered on the house she's just kind of dumped it on the table and walked off which I didn't really appreciate. However, there was what I believe a snr member of staff, a female in blue blazer who remedied the situation by getting another sparkler lit up, presenting it all over again and singing the happy birthday which I appreciated. Woudl we return, definitely.

Food was lovely! And the beef wellington was very reasonably priced! The Wellington was far superior to those I’ve eaten at the Savoy… the waitress was super friendly and helped us make choices on various courses. The cocktails were delicious and overall we left feeling full up but without the usual feeling of a very light wallet when leaving flash restaurants in the City! We will be returning for the Sunday roast next time that looked divine. Thank you again, George

A stylish venue with ambience to match. We attended as a group and experienced the amazing sommelier who took us on a wine tasting extravaganza! The private dining spaces have beautiful glass window views across the Thames, out door Himalayan Salt pods for outdoor dining too. Don't get me started on the smart-loo ! Heated toilet seats as well as a freshen up with the jets! Love It... Over all a stunning venue great for business meetings as well as personal get togethers.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday - for their Saturday bottomless drinks brunch. I chose it because it was one of the few places that does a non-Prosecco based brunch (bf doesn’t like it). Worth noting I booked it at £65pp and in person it was £70pp. The food was great, we loved everything. Me being a veggie I had lots of choice, whilst my boyfriend could enjoy a perfectly cooked entrecôte. The pink spritz, of which we had 4 each, was delicious (and our waiter was kind enough to let us go beyond the bottomless 90 mins). After our meal, they brought out a sparkler and a bite of chocolate cake with Happy Birthday on, which was a nice touch. Atmosphere was great although it was quite quiet at first (we arrived at opening time - 12) and the promised DJ wasn’t playing (I assume because of this) so might have preferred later in the day. Generally a lovely meal with a view and great service! Would return for a special occasion.

Had a lovely evening here and food was lovely. Beef Wellington is fantastic. Service was 90% of time really good but towards end of meal, was not the best. Had to ask twice for dessert menu, and also throughout main meal for more drinks. Bill was not correct at end of the meals but was corrected without hesitation.
