We had the taster menu. Every dish was packed with flavour. The theme is British food and some foraged. Have a look at the menu in my photos to see what we had. Really unusual food combinations that worked so well together. The staff were so friendly. Toby could not have been more helpful & friendly. Sam the sommelier was such an amazingly kind man too. High end price wise but worth it. Thank you !

What an incredible restaurant for a slow and delicious lunch. For £60, there was 6-small courses that can be paired with wine at an additional price. The food was stunning and the menu changed regularly. The service was professional and helpful. And I even enjoyed the view of the church courtyard. Very much an English scene. Calm and quaint. Highly recommended.

Best Michelin one star restaurant I went to so far. Incredible experience. The atmosphere and view is beautiful at the restaurant. The tasting menu is £150 per person and had to pay in advance, but definitely worth it. The quantity of the food is exactly right amount for one person. Starting at the lounge, we were served with 5 snacks from House Cures to seafood cocktail and onion tart. The Onion tart is surprisingly good with dried/fried Spring onions, which makes it taste a bit like seaweed. The seafood cocktail is served in the oyster, which is a unique design. For starters, most dishes are seafood. The cuttlefish noodle soup is my favourite course. The soup is made with cuttlefish heads and Miso. The noodle is actually the cuttlefish legs. Peas & Board beans is very interesting and different to our imagination. The mains are lobster, duck and lamb. The lobster 🦞is so tender and the sauce is beautiful. I definitely loved it. A milk bread is served with the lamb. We ordered one cheese plate as I wasn't a fan of goat cheese, blue cheese or soft cheese. My friend enjoyed the plate very much. One tiny thing is the cracker is very salty, which makes it hard to taste the cheese / cheddar, although I like the idea of having chai seed crackers, which gives it a unique smell and taste. The desserts are beautiful and I really like the way they make the sponge/crust, which I think has custard. The strawberry ice cream is full of flavour, albeit it doesn't look like strawberry ice cream as they were made from fresh and its colour changed. In general, it is definitely worth trying. I would highly recommend it.

Overall, a great experience at st Barts. Had a wine pairing with our meal, & I must say, the choices were excellent & well paired with the meals. However we are not very fond of the 45mins sit down at the lounge area for our canapés before our dinner despite being told it was 30mins. Felt a little dragged. Also the time between each courses seem a little prolonged, at one point, we finished our wine (shared btwn 2 courses) before the second course arrived. Food was fantastic, but thought the lamb was a little rare, borderline blue for our liking, the fats given not properly good through, was not pleasant to eat. Overall, good food, service was excellent, ambience was great.

An amazing experience all round. The service was outstanding, the staff were so knowledgeable about the dishes, not just what they were, but how they were made and where the ingredients came from. And they were very attentive, making extra effort on the little things to make our experience special. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant was impressive but relaxed at the same time, with a beautiful setting looking out to the courtyard and a lot of nice little touches in the furniture and tableware. But most importantly of all, the food - outstanding. An amazing selection of dishes that showcased so many British ingredients in new and surprising ways. For my wife and I, the Cuttlefish Noodle Soup was a standout, as were the Lobster Roll and both desserts. We spent nearly 4 hours eating our way through the tasting menu, so give yourself time to enjoy it, it's worth it. Well done to the team here, you've done a great job.

Superb! Get ready to be well entertained with multiple experiences if you come around. It all starts in a cozy room where you enjoy pre-drinks and get some of really impress snacks. You then move to the main restaurant where you enjoy the dinner. The place itself is an aesthetic masterpiece, so stylish and it looks so different and refreshing. The church on the outside is such a cool thing as it’s a in a spotlight when you look outside from panoramic windows and there’s such a contrast with contemporary design inside. The food is really good too, although I got so impressed by wine and the rest of the experience that the food wasn’t the highlight of the evening (apart of the cheese plate and the amazing biscuits they served with it). I do really recommend to get a wine pairing as the wine they served was out of this world. And last but not least - the service was 11 out of 10, we got so much attention, the flow was not too slow and not too quick and the staff was VERY professional. Overall, highly recommend this place!
