Booked NYE 2025 event through their website but there was no such event. It’s closed and no one was there. I had 2 person booking of £22 and looks like I got scammed. How will I get refund for booking number DMN-13459620275 which was from their website?

Such a fun bar. Happy hour is 4:30 to 6:00 pm, 2 for 1. Cocktails are STRONG so be careful. The staff is very friendly. I left a Christmas gift I had received by mistake and they kept it for me for when I went to get it the next day. Definitely one of my favourite local bars.
