Sorry in advance but this is a long review as the issues are repeated and we should all hold people to higher basic standards …
This is my go to place to grab a quick food, staff members are welcoming and friendly. I prefer takeaway as it's inside a store but will always be my favourite place for grabbing quick food
Listed phone number doesn’t work. Online service atrocious. Took over an hour for them to prepare a sandwich.

App dont work efficiently so coukdnt get rewards.
Staff polite enough but priducy knowledge zero
Stopped here one morning on the way to work and got a breakfast baguette which tasted odd especially when you watch the person get a cold boiled egg cut it in half then pop it in your roll then toast it, that doesn’t seem right to me …
The staff are incredibly rude, and are always at the back talking
