Love visiting this Costa when I visit my daughter. I go every day. It is always lovely and clean and the staff are wonderful. Always cheerful and friendly and happy to assist. Always a pleasant experience.

Really enjoyed a particularly good coffee this morning. Thank you Vicky! And thank you to the other lady I spoke to who was super friendly and helpful with advice on how to achieve the same results at home and what coffee machine to use. I'll be back for another oat milk flat white soon!

Left a solid tip. I buy coffee 3 to 4 times a week at Costa Longfield. I left my wallet at home and could not pay, just about to go home and get wallet and the lad said "Making the coffee, call in and pay when you are passing". I then realised I had cash in car and could pay but the act of trust was not lost on me. Lad gets 10 stars and Costa Longfield gets 10 years of my custom. :)

This is the best Costa that I have visited. The staff are friendly, hardworking and welcoming. I visited the one in Bluewater today and encountered a very rude, unhelpful member of staff (Ollie) who definitely needs some customer services training! Maybe the Bluewater staff should come and spend some time learning from the amazing staff in Longfield! Xxx

Sometimes go in the mornings for toast and a coffee, really friendly staff as the chap delivered my order at the table whilst I was still preparing for the day and waking up lol. Would definitely recommend. Made my day, thank you.
