Popped in for a cup of coffee and some granary toast with butter. Truly Scrumptious was spotlessly clean, the staff polite and friendly. There is a nice ambience with music playing in the background but not too loud to be intrusive. The coffee was good and the granary toast tasty. There was a selection of cakes on offer and they looked "truly scrumptious". Would not hesitate to recommend, well worth a visit!
Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.they serve a lovely cup of tea, and wonderful coffee. The interior is very nice and relaxing. The couple who own and run this place are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone visiting looe.
By far our favourite café in Cornwall. The cakes are always fresh and delicious, as are the sandwiches. Our favourite is the beef and horseradish on granery bread. Which can also be pruchsed to take out!
My tip, check the seating upstairs. It's usually less busy and the couches are really comfy!
Tiny little place downstairs but more seating as a coffee lounge upstairs. Lovely sandwiches very fresh. The cakes are sinfully good !!!
Just visited the lovely Cornish town of Looe.
A lovely picturesque coastal town split through the middle by the river flowing through it.
My wife and I called in to 'Truly Scrumptious' for a coffee and a Hot Chocolate drink, but what really tempted us in was the "Bailey's Cheesecake's" in the window...
The lovely couple behind the counter appeared to be the owners.
They were lovely and polite...
They made a great coffee and chocolate drink, and, the homemade cheesecake was absolutely amazing.
Thank you for making it a pleasant experience for two northerners.
Amazing food, great coffee, and chocolate.
Lovely people.

Lovely fresh food. I hand a ham and cheese sandwich.
Lovely fresh bread.
Good quality ingredients used.
That also have the most delicious cakes.
The coffee is lovely nice and smooth not bitter.
Highly recommend a visit ...
A very clean little cafe that was tucked away in the town centre. It was very busy but there was more tables upstairs with a view of the street below. The cakes and drinks we chose were delicious. We will definitely recommend and will certainly be going in again before we go back.
Cream tea was absolutely wonderful. Choice of fruit or plain scone (both of which were delicious), strawberry jam and clotted cream and a lot of tea (or coffee). All for £4.25 per person. Really lovely !
Lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes. Soft sofas upstairs, to relax with a coffee. Enjoyed a Brie and cranberry sandwich with nice fresh bread. Can't beat it.
A big pot of tea with great scones, jam and cream. Just right on a glorious summers day in Cornwall. Enthusiastic and courteous staff. No complaints from me.
