10 of us went for a birthday meal on Sunday 19th November. We were greeted by staff on entrance and they discreetly hid the birthday cake and showed us to our table. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, cannot complain about service or any of the meals or cleanliness. Without having to ask, two members of staff brought the birthday cake with candles and sparklers alight. They happily brought us plates for the birthday cake and also took orders for desserts. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and I’m very surprised at some of the poor reviews being given, complete opposite for our experience so don’t let bad reviews put you off.

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Harvester Potters Kiln, and I must say, it was a complete turnaround from a disappointing encounter at another Harvester location. I ordered the ultimate combo meal, which was so generous that I struggled to finish it, but every bite was delicious. The photo doesn't do the food justice, as there were also two sausages and an 8oz steak hidden under the eggs, adding even more satisfaction to the meal. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive and efficient, making sure we got our food promptly and without any delays. What impressed me the most was that I didn't even have to ask for the bill, the dessert menu, or additional drinks – they seemed to anticipate our needs perfectly. It's rare to find such attentive service these days, and I'm thrilled to say that I have no complaints whatsoever. I will undoubtedly return to Harvester Potters Kiln, as it provided a fantastic dining experience that I won't soon forget!
Fast and friendly service, plenty of food options and great general ambience. It's nice to be able to talk to one another without needing to shout. Oh and the food was cooked perfectly!! Would like to make a special comment for Enya who served us. She was very fast to serve us, very clear spoken and done everything with a smile on her face. Certainly a valued member of the team 🙂
Welcoming atmosphere and Ariel couldn’t have done more for us if she tried, lovely woman who was very helpful and patient. She’s always very happy and accommodating for our needs. Food was lovely, and served within good time frames.

We had a lovely family Christmas meal here from the festive menu. Food was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. Well decorated and great atmosphere. Would 110% recommend and will definitely go back
Really good food for the whole family. Lots of options for adults and children and portion sizes are spot on. Everything well cooked and presented. We particularly loved the veggie combo!

Great Visit here on a Busy Sunday! Emma was our server and was great with not just our table but the others around too!! Will definitely try and visit again before we leave at the end of the week!
We had a wonderful lunch here, the salad bar and mains were delicious, had some good music, and a nice calm environment. Our waitress Hayley-Ann was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We arrived just before breakfast finished so decided to have lunch instead. Staff were very friendly and helpful, checking in with us to make sure our food was ok. The food was all amazing and cooked very well. Service was impeccable. Would definitely come back again.
