There was 25 of us for a family meal service was great food was delicious atmosphere was great lovely Christmas decorations we have been here about a dozen times and have never had a bad meal yet. 100% given personally I always have liver and mash none of my family like it so I won't cook it just for myself but it is mouth watering when eaten here. .

Great place good food friendly staff good prices we have never been disappointed .. Slowly working my way through the menu its mixed grill tonight and maybe a dessert if I can manage it if not there's always next week or the week after

I came here with my best friend and our children (both under 2). The food was amazing and our waitress Clare was amazing. She went above and beyond for us. We were sat in the kids zone and it was only us, the children were much calmer and happy. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. Will definitely visit again!

New menu, which was amazing 😋 Mozzarella bites *would have preferred sweet chilli sauce on the side though-this was still drizzled over and there is way too much of it-please consider a separate dish. Southern fried hunters chicken-unusually soft top-expected crispy 🤔 Sundae 😋 Chocolate and praline tart 😋 Blood orange Brownie 😋

The restaurant was very busy but we received excellent service. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait as long as we expected considering the number of people there. Our only complaint would be the poor dessert selection. It's fine for those who love chocolatey desserts but the menu really needs some lemon choices and maybe an Eton Mess type of dessert. We were looked after by Maisie who is a credit to your chain. She was friendly and so helpful to us. A real delight to be served by her. Some people would have been quite stressed trying to look after so many people but she got on with it quickly and efficiently with a lovely smile all the time. She definitely made our dining experience with you a joy

Very welcoming friendly staff. There was eight of us and we all ordered different dishes and were all really pleased with our meals. My only criticism would be the prawn cocktail starter three of us ordered it and it was tiny, only 6 prawns each with a little lettuce and bread. (No sauce)Really not worth the price. There was a live band which made for a great atmosphere. Overall a really lovely evening, will definitely be returning 😊

We had a warm welcome at Spring Tide and our waitress was very patient with our hard of hearing relative, she was also very efficient. Our meals were served hot and were very tasty. A pleasant experience and I would recommend, thankyou.

Nice food. Good customer service. Fast and easy to order with staff or via QR code. Staff did come over multiple times even when told I was ordering using QR code. But eventually understood. Very busy Friday - Sunday so best to cook in advance.

As always lovely meal. And even though we were in the part where you don’t have table service Emily still came over to say hello. A little star you have there, goes above and beyond, look after her, lovely lovely young lady

We were warmly greeted and taken to our table, the table felt a little sticky but seemed pretty clean. A nice lady came and took our drinks and food order and we were promptly served, we were also checked on while we were eating to make sure everything was OK. The food was nice, no complaints at all and with a discount we had was extremely reasonably priced.

Called in for an impromptu lunch, received a warm welcome and shown to our table. Our server Claire was very friendly and attentive and always smiling 😃 great service. Food was lovely, we will be back

We have been here several times and will return. The food is good and it is very friendly. We were served by Sharon who was really lovely and friendly, smiling all the time and attentive. She is a credit to the business. Please clone this lady. Love it
