Very nice little spot. Dogs welcome. Breakfast was nice, hash brown or sortès potatoes would have been a nice addition to the breakfast. Toilets available in pub next door. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Thanks

Truly scrumptious and dog friendly too. The owners were lovely and very keen to stress that dogs were welcome both inside and out. Taking advantage of the glorious weather we sat outside in the courtyard which is gorgeous - a riot of colourful plants. Trying to be good (lol!) we shared a granary cheese and chutney sandwich and followed it up with a slice of apricot & coconut cake. Cheese was moreish (and Scamp 🐾 quality control tested it and agreed) and the chutney was lovely, sandwich was served with salad & crisps. The cake was a mixture I've never tried but would certainly pick it again, light & moist, just enough icing to provide sweetness but not overpowering. Well worth a visit and we shall certainly call again!

Lovely traditional style tea rooms. Delicious scones, well filled sandwiches served with a great side salad. Gluten free options available. Proper old fashioned loose-leaf tea in a china teapot. You can sit in the cosy tea room, or the pretty courtyard. Staff very helpful and efficient.
