Our waitress was Helene and she could not have been more helpful. The service was great and with a smile. We are going back again as we enjoyed ourselves so much.

Really had a great meal here today, was seated promptly and was given plenty of time to choose, the waitress was very good, and couldn't of been any more helpful., really was quite surprised as driven past a few times and never thought it looked that nice. But pleasantly surprised

We visited the warden tavern this lunch time and had a really delicious meal . The tomato soup was the best I’ve had and the cob salad so refreshing. Ian the chef came out to ask about our meals. He is lovely. Kara our waitress looked after us with a beautiful smile and a lovely manner . We had a great meal

I had a steak platter, and it was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble to the table staff and indeed the chef, when i asked a question he came to explain directly. A thoroughly good meal and an enjoyable experience.

Booked here after a drive back from Norfolk as we were all hungry. Food was good and hot service was good. I would recommend booking in advance. Plenty on the menu to please everyone. Good selection of beer and wine too.

We enjoyed our dining experience and our waitress Cara was very helpful and pleasant. The only thing we didn't like was that one of us had a mixed grill and the steak was dry and tough.
We were well looked after though and will be coming again!

It was quite nice and not as busy as I thought it would be, considering it was a bank holiday Monday, the staff were very nice and helpful, orders were accurate, prices were reasonable and service was fairly quick, could be a bit faster in preparing the desserts. Great overall!
