Really disappointed, I went in yesterday morning with my 2 year old and asked for some warm milk for him, of course happy to pay. Was completely refused and wouldn't offer any alternatives for him. Poor little one was so sad. Greggs really needs and option for baby chinos!
Won't be coming here again Katie was very rude because my app didn't scan correctly. Started to argue with me saying why im making am issue, I was very confused and embarrassed, maybe it wasn't her day. Worse part the manager just stood there, didn't even ask her to step back.
