i think sause packs are very coastly in kfc luton specially when they are serving it free without any fees one of the staff she is not giving enough suace packs and i think kfc luton charging some aditional amount from the staff salry if they are giving sause packs for the customers so surely next time i will go with sauce from home

Lovely people especially a employee who was a bengali boy so friendly and helpful. Staff were honest about the food and when my father was not happy about having pepsi max cause it has no sugar after ge drank some of it they asked if he wanted something else which is very kind of them and shows how caring they are. That boy i met today was very gentleman like and gave me extra wings. I will definitely be visiting again (even if it is a hour drive) the best halal kfc branch so farr. Well done staff and be proud of what you serve. Once again i wish i knew the boys name but thank you so much for your kind words and manners.
