Me and my family love Flour Water Salt, the coffee is consistently amazing, the pastries, bread, sausage rolls and sandwiches are delicious and some of the best you can get in Macclesfield! We have spent many happy mornings here, eating our favourites - cinnamon buns, almond croissants and morning buns! The staff is always super friendly and fun and I really like what the new owners are doing and am excited to see what else they will do with this great bakery in the future! And last but not least - the only place in town where I can buy my Hario coffee filters!

Attracted by various bread displayed at the counter. A small but neat and clean cafe. Staff are nice and polite. Professional barista as you can see the beautiful foam even in a takeaway cup. Bought some bagels and a long black which I think is the best in town.

Staff are friendly and the cinnamon breakfast dessert bun I got was ace. Also do amazing decaff coffee. Really nice local joint, josh is an asset to the company, really strives at his job at you can tell.

Really like the coffee and how they will personalise it to your taste. Tom recommended a half shot flat white and it's the nicest coffee I've tasted in town, up there with the best coffee places in London. Nice artwork in pouring the milk too.

Finally I found a place where I can enjoy a perfect sourdough bread, even baggiette was very good.Amazing place which I highly recommended.

Kickback coffee is simply the best coffee in the North West!! Just awesome you folks took over!!
I had to edit my review as I just tried the seeded sourdough bread. Oh my god! It's the best loaf of bread I've ever had hands down. Its quite incredible and will be back to try the rye !!!!!!!

The best almond croissant I’ve ever had! Great coffee by kick back coffee too. Highly recommend. They were only doing pastries and coffees but hopefully cooked stuff will join the menu soon!

Fabulous bakery with a great café onsite.
We visited during the monthly Treacle Market in town and were not disappointed!
We picked up a delicious Chocolate Babka to take home and shared and massive Pain au Chocolate with some very well poured coffee's.
Next time we are in town we will be visiting again to get more fantastic and very yummy treats.
