Subway

Horrific, ordered a meal deal off Deliveroo which should’ve included 4 cookies - bearing in mind we’d already paid for them and the cookies weren’t there, so I call and ask why we haven’t received them and the woman on the phone was being so rude, insisting that the girl who made our order out the cookies in there when she definitely didn’t and repeating that there was nothing she could do, so we basically got scammed. In addition, we also ordered a 7 up and received a water instead. Wouldn’t of been as annoyed as I am if the woman on the phone wasn’t so rude.

It goes without saying. I love subway. Always go there over any other fast food restaurants. Second time I have been to this branch. Very small indeed so gets very cramped and very claustrophobic. No hope of using the toilet as it's more or less installed in the broom cupboard. Food was fresh and tasty. Although I feel on this particular occasion the salad was rather skimpy. A lot of the serving dishes were almost at the point of being empty. They were not replenished in the time I was there and my salad consisted of the scrapes off the bottom. I feel that my portion was somewhat smaller compared to what it should be. Could do with some improvements.

The actual subway isn’t even too bad, but i’m starting to see why there’s so many reviews on one woman. Quite possibly the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. Said she “doesn’t have the time for my kind” and when paying i asked for a bag, she put the bag on top of cookies but hit them so hard that they split out of the original bags... Never EVER going back there.

I've seen bad reviews about a woman who works here going back over a year ago. I am now adding to the list since I had an awful experience with her on the phone. How is this lady still employed with such dreadful attitude. Its quite honestly embarrassing and I will not ever be ordering from here again. if you still want a subway however, make sure you go to the one on the other side of Macclesfield for a much better experience.

This must be the worst subway I ever been to, shame it's its local to me. For so many visits there is always an issue with either cold milk or lack of ingredients, something not working, toilet out of order etc.. The current staff is either rude or not trained or both at the same time. Better change something is am annoyed each time I visit and from what I see it's not only me!

Worst subway ever. Toilet was little, i’m not big but I barely could squeeze myself in. Dark and dingy. The service was horrible, the lady who served was rude and unfriendly. No vegan or vegetarian options. Lack of intelligence of the staff. I think they should replace them with a more friendly staff. Don’t think i will ever go there. Horrible experience! Don’t go there!
