I was pleasantly surprised with the food here as I usually struggle with food at a pub as a vegan. The portion sizes were good. Staff were friendly. The decor was really quirky so was a good ice breaker for us.

A great independent burger restaurant, we ate here as part of an over night business stay. Warm welcome and great waiter. The menu was limited but not too small, enough choice to keep us interested. The squid starter was amazing but my friend had the flat bread and wasn't impressed. Mains were the funky wood burger and grilled chicken burger. The funky wood burger I had was great, but the chicken burger was apparently the best one he had ever tasted! We didn't stay for dessert as the first two courses were enough.

I had the pork ribs and I found them a bit too covered in sauce. The portions were medium sized. Flavourwise it was quite average.
I have visited several times since then and had the burgers. They have various kinds of burgers e.g chicken, beef bun, funkywood etc. The burgers are indeed some of the best burgers you will get in Maidenhead.
They also offer vouchers every now and then for 30% or 40% per table so that's handy.
The inside of the restaurant is really nice and nice ambience. There’s a wall that looks like a bookcase which is really cool.

Nice restaurant, their burgers are just as they've written as their motto: completely awesome. The setting is cozy, with lots of place. A wide bar with cocktails completes the setting.
I recommend their Mojito, it is quite good. Nice place to come if you are on a business trip.
The service is fast, prices are good.
The personnel is always available, and you can't help to notice that they like their workplace a lot.

Good service and no special taste. The stuff is amazing. They are there to assist you and help you in any way they can. Unfortunately, the food is not great. The burgers are pricy for the taste they deliver. I would recommend to focus on the burger side and offer more choices. Regarding the starters, this message for the chef, taste them before to offer them

We regularly come here for lunch... the bacon jam in the Funky Wood burger is really awesome, but I always end up ordering the ribs, which comes with homemade coleslaw with a hint of curry sauce to it! No idea why it's not busier at lunchtimes because it certainly deserves to be...

Good food, fish burger was great. Great service, not too attentive but also not ignoring us either. Nice cosy environment. Lots of parking at near by car parks. Recommend a visit

Great service and friendly staff. Love the decor, very cozy. Food was well done, no complaints. Nice variety on the menu. Took a little longer to receive our order than we'd have liked, but nothing outrageous. Overall a great little place for lunch/dinner!
