My stepson placed a order through just eat however items were missing and when contacted this particular Greggs and explained items were missing I spoke to very helpful staff The manager was very disappointed to hear that items were missing these were 2 red bulls and a child's drink she replaced these with out question and showed what Greggs prides it's self on customer service putting the customer at the forefront of the business a big thank you to all the lady's I spoke to and a big thank you to this particular manager as this is what being a manager is all about showing the staff how to deal and treat customers being polite and dealing with the situation in the most professional manner it is the best customer service I have ever encountered with any business keep up the good work lady's and head office should reward you for your professional standards towards customer services
