The food in the Jackdaw Cafe is incredible. My friend had the Sri Lankan breakfast, Dhal curry with coconut sambal. I stole some of his because even the smell was delicious. I had breakfast and it was hot, tasty and cooked to order. This is definitely a place to revisit.
We stopped at Jackdaws Café as part of a cycling club ride and couldn’t have asked for a better welcome. Great coffee, delicious food, and excellent service — they looked after us really well. Perfect stop for cyclists (and anyone else!) and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
