After endless recommendations I finally came here for a Sunday Roast.
From the first moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the staff were very kind and helpful.
The restaurant was very modern and clean where you can tell the team care about presentation.
A decent drinks selection with wine recommendations for each roast.
The beef and the lamb were cooked to perfection and the portions are deceptively large! You will definitely be full and happy after you finish eating.
The gravy was amazing and you definitely get plenty (as you would expect up north) It was so tasty.
The roast was lovely, the lamb was the best in my opinion. Cooked perfectly and fell apart. The Yorkshire was a little burnt for my liking and was bitter, however everything else was great. I got extra lamb. It was extremely busy.
We had bottomless brunch yesterday and it was amazing! The crispy pork belly was absolutely delicious, I could eat that every day! The service was also spot on- Nour and DJ could not have been more lovely and attentive. Good selection of drinks as well. We will be back soon ! X
What a find! Although it wasn't me who found it, I am so glad my friend did. This place is fabulous. The food was tasty, presentation excellent, and the serving size spot on. I have been to many of these style of restaurants and this is far the best for sure. It's a small plate, served when ready type of place. The atmosphere was great also and we went on a Monday evening at 6pm. The drinks, delicious. We were driving otherwise I think I would of tried a few! Service was excellent and all in all a fantastic place to visit.
Very good value for money. Accepts dogs, which is always a nice thing 😄 The atmosphere was nice and there was live music, just at the right volume so you can still easily have a conversation. The wagyu burger was a bit meh, but all the other food we had was great.
Really excellent food and always amazing service!
We love the fact that the menu changes from time to time, and the food is always super delicious, and just has something a little special about it.
Hands down one of our favourite places to eat in Manchester.
(I don’t know his name, but our waiter on Monday couldn’t have been more perfect. Sincerely warm and friendly. Thanks for your happy vibes! ❤️)
Amazing sunday roasts! The lamb shoulder was superb! Absolutely recommend this place. Staff was also very lovely.
Best Sunday lunch in town. Portions are very generous - especially the size of the Yorkshire puddings. Friends have enjoyed the meat options while I’ve gone for vegetarian - equally as good. You’ll want to book ahead as it gets very busy.
The food is fantastic here. I would highly recommend it. It’s mostly tapas style foods which arrive to your table when they are ready.
We had the squid, roasties and greenes to share. All of the food was great and the staff were very helpful with recommendations from the menu. I also had the cheeseburger which was delicious. For dessert the chocolate cake was amazing and the ice cream was super creamy. Overall the food was fantastic.
This is pretty much the best place to go for small plates in Manchester. The place itself is quite low key but the food it offers is outstanding. Our favourite dishes were prawns in a spicy sauce with Wagyu drippings, marinated roast pork belly (succulent, tender and yet crispy on top, oh so tasty!), roast celeriac with bread sauce and hazelnuts, loaded toasties and pretty much everything else we ordered. Will definitely go back!
