Absolutely lovely experience. The cat cafe was so sute and extremely clean. Everything was very organised. Cats were friendly, very adorable and playful however most cats were sleeping as was quite early in the morning. The drinks were very delicious, i loved my hot chocolate with cream and marshmallow. The staff were extremely friendly. The experience was very good for the price especially with the free unlimited drinks. Would really recommend people to go.

Relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, very clean and no pet hair or smell. The cats were adorable and friendly and seemed very well looked after and contented. The coffee was really good and there are great souvenirs in the gift shop. A must see for tourists!

What a lovely experience! The cats are obviously looked after very well and the staff maintain excellent customer service while also having to be attentive with the cats. Be mindful not to bother them while they are sleeping but otherwise, they are playful and happy to be petted, as long as they're not being followed about.....they don't like that. I think £12 per hour is reasonable, especially as the drinks are free while you're there. Watching everyone vie for the attention of the cats with the string on a stick (all toys are provided) is very comical.
