I was very impressed with this place. Not only did they manage to cope with a group of 28 people, the food and wine was really top and it was even well priced. They do these incredible meat or fish boards which are really lovely and tasted great. Before 7pm, is 2 boards and a bottle of wine for £25. All their bread is gluten free and they have lots of vegan food available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing boards with plenty of delicious things on them. Absolutely top notch place for drinks and sharing platters. Very friendly and nice staff. Highly recommend it.

We popped along here one evening before attending a WI meeting (fantastically fun FYI) for a quick drink. A fantastic array of wine on offer, and I was just a little bit sad that we weren't having anything to eat as the nibbles look delicious too. Did I mention that they have a wine jukebox? You load money on to a card (which at the moment on a Wednesday, Bakerie will double!) and can sample a range of wines in different volumes before committing to your wine of choice. Lovely wine in lovely surroundings.

Food is nice here they have a good selection of wines too. They have expanded the into downstairs and top is now predominantly restaurant with a few places for drinks. Downstairs is not for the restaurant it's mostly a bar area and lots of sitting space. Bakery is a good experience if you want eat nice food (not family meal) and enjoy friends or significant other.

Went to Bakerie recently for their Christmas menu and it was absolutely delicious! every course was spot on and the only blip for the entire time there was mixed up drinks order which wasn't a big deal. The only reason I mention it here is because usually with a messed up drinks order you can be billed incorrectly at the end but Bakerie has automatically adjusted the bill to reflect the mix up. Really nice/comfortable inside with great atmosphere/ambiance so would definitely recommend to others as a place to pop in for some great quality food.

Long table dining was great fun. Got chatting to a lovely couple and had great conversation. The event really encourages people to talk and enjoy sharing a drink. Food was lovely too.

Fantastic menu, great for a quick pick me up on a night out or a romantic meal or a pint, if you don't mind smelling like bread. All round nice bar with good food and friendly vibes.

Went with friends for a Sunday roast last week. I have to say, it was brilliant. The place was packed which meant the service wasn't too fast, but the food more than made up for it. That's not me saying the staff were bad either - all very friendly. Will definitely be back!!

As you might hope - an excellent selection of home-made bread! A lovely bar if you're a savoury tooth and into your bread, wine and cheese - this bar could make me obese. However the bar it's slightly too open-plan meaning that it always feels noisy - fine in the evening but not useful if you're having a work-lunch or wanting to catch up with a friend.
