Staff were wonderful and friendly, I wasn't aware costa was dog friendly so when myself and my little labrador were outside waiting for my friend to bring a drink out, we were surprised when rebbecca signaled to us we could come in. …
Appalling level of service. Couldn't provide the drink I ordered as "thats all we can do", was the response. Avoid at all costs.
